Site analytics

Analytics shows how people use your published pages: views, visitors, where they came from, their device and country, and which pages and events they used.

What is counted

Analytics are cookie-free. A visitor is recognised by a salted hash of a shortened address and their browser, which expires after 30 days. That is pseudonymous rather than anonymous, and the privacy policy says so.

Page views are exact. Visitor counts are estimates, accurate to about 3%, because they are merged across servers.

A visitor whose browser sends do-not-track is not counted at all.

Reading it

Use the range selector to change the period. Referrers, devices, countries, campaigns and named events each have their own table. Cities show the town together with how precise the location is.
